Proposed timetable not fair on arts students

Sometimes I wonder, if they have missed out in a different leadership.

Sometimes I wonder, if I have missed out in the leadership they’re going through.

It both differs so much.

Will both leaderships make us a better leader for Christ?

Will both leaderships change our mindsets?

Will both leaderships supply the necessary exposure?

Why does mine and their’s differ much?

Leadership is a gift, but what if the leader who is appointed does not have that gift?

Only some 10% of people are born/have that ‘gift’. And even if they’re supposedly natural leaders, if they aren’t given opportunities to lead, they won’t suddenly lead awesomely well.

Make mistakes. Laugh/cry. Learn from them. You’ll be surprised that there are some folk who are going to grad from college don’t possess half the ‘soft skills’ (that’s what it’s called, haha) you already do.

Take heart, girl. Even I have failed too many times to count – and the counter’s not gonna stop any time soon.
